Clearly, this is yet-another fool (government-educated, no doubt) that doesn't understand the NAME attached to a program of government largess has no affect on whether or not the program is appropriate, necessary, or even functional. He has likely been similarly trained to believe that by changing the ID tag assigned to a condition (i.e., where "special-needs" replaces "crippled") somehow positively affects the day-to-day life of the 'victim'. (All it really does is make the SPEAKER feel better about HIMSELF by giving a false sense of 'having done something'.) Hard to make something fool-proof, when the fools are so ingenious. -Anon?
